By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tekkabaj platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, cashier, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "the User") and tekkabaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using tekkabaj. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. tekkabaj reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the tekkabaj Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

tekkabaj operates as a safe and reliable platform using industry-standard SSL encryption and certified fair-play systems across all casino titles and sports betting markets. We do not make representations regarding specific regulatory approvals from Bangladeshi government bodies — players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

tekkabaj is strictly an adults-only platform. To register an account and use any part of the service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

tekkabaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on tekkabaj. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Registration Requirements

When registering on tekkabaj, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must select your preferred account currency (BDT or INR) at the time of registration — currency selection cannot be changed after the account is activated.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tekkabaj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Do not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. tekkabaj will never contact you to request your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team in advance.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

tekkabaj applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with best practices for online financial services. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the time of a first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any time that the platform deems verification necessary. Required KYC documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)

tekkabaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via major Bangladeshi institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. INR bank transfers are available for players with INR-denominated accounts. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the platform's discretion.

General Payment Rules

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account or that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process.
• tekkabaj does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) may be queued and processed at the start of the next business period.
• tekkabaj reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed KYC verification, if there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, or if an account security review is in progress.
• All BDT amounts are displayed using the ৳ symbol and Western Arabic numerals. All INR amounts are displayed using the ₹ symbol. tekkabaj does not convert between currencies within an account.

tekkabaj offers a range of promotional bonuses for new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cricket cashback during BPL and T20 World Cup seasons, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh public holidays. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on tekkabaj are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be turned over in real-money bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms (e.g., a cricket cashback offer may not apply to casino slots).
• tekkabaj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice any bonus already validly claimed and in active use on an account.
• In the event of any dispute concerning a bonus, the decision of tekkabaj's management is final.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of any associated winnings, and potential account closure.

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on tekkabaj are subject to the specific product rules published within each game or market interface, as well as the general rules set out in this section. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, or equivalent) for the sport and competition in question.
• tekkabaj offers pre-match and live in-play betting. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds at that point are locked in.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are stated within each market. tekkabaj reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, tekkabaj's settlement rules for the relevant sport apply. As a general principle, bets on events that do not reach completion may be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport and market rules.
• tekkabaj does not accept bets placed using knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of bet placement (insider information). Such bets may be voided at the platform's discretion.

Casino Games

• All casino games available on tekkabaj — including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any stake returned. tekkabaj's decision in such cases is final.

As a registered player on tekkabaj, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process, including impersonating another person or using fraudulent identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using tekkabaj to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. tekkabaj cooperates with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, exploit a bonus, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute with a payment provider (including bKash or Nagad) in respect of a deposit that was validly credited to your tekkabaj account.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Abuse of Platform Systems: Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Accessing Restricted Services: Attempting to access tekkabaj from a jurisdiction where the use of the platform is prohibited under local law, or using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.

If tekkabaj suspects that any of the above conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to freeze account funds pending investigation, request additional documentation, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

tekkabaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• A third-party responsible gaming notification (e.g., from a family member or legal guardian) accompanied by supporting documentation
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. tekkabaj will notify you by email before any dormant account charges are applied.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tekkabaj account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have been cleared for withdrawal will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion at any time, which will result in the immediate restriction of their account. Self-exclusion options range from a short cooling-off period (24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days) to long-term or permanent exclusion.
